Daniel is an Easterseals Coordinated Life Services participant who is now thriving and embracing life, thanks to a new wheelchair.

Before Easterseals entered the picture, Daniel did not have a wheelchair that fit his medical needs and struggled to access his community. Easterseals Coordinated Life Services was able to get him a customized wheelchair and helped him get back into his community, which has greatly improved his quality of life.

The goal of Easterseals Coordinated Life Services is to provide individuals with a safety net, improved access to needed support services, help to remain living in the community, and increase quality of life.
